Shipping

Orders shipped to Europe and international destinations are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on destination. For international orders, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control and may cause delays.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Please note that transportation costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Returns

Items purchased on silviatcherassi.com and shipped to Europe or international destinations are eligible for return provided that a return request is submitted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Bespoke or customized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Transportation costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any related charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
